There is a constant stream of love flowing beneath the chaos and dissonance of our physical reality. Even a fleeting experience of it captivates and transcends suffering. In that moment, there’s a mysterious stillness and presence—those who have felt the peaceful ‘weight’ of the Holy Spirit have touched this space. Allowing oneself to receive this flow might seem like effort, but it is meant to be effortless; it is our birthright to dwell in this space of peace, the essence of the present moment. It appears simple, yet why does it often elude us? Breaking through to reach momentary stillness can feel like chiseling through the Earth’s core.
There is nothing you must actively do. It requires stillness, deep breathing, receptivity, and heart softening. Pain, grief, and suffering can often lead us to this space; enough suffering in life eventually creates a crack, an opening. There is nothing wrong; these experiences occur so that we may return to love, which is our truth. Surrender to and embrace these visitors, for they arrive as disguised helpers. Resistance may emerge from the orphaned inner child, and blocks may surface from ingrained patterns, addictions, feelings of unworthiness, and past conditioning. Reconnecting with presence and the body, slowly and mindfully, can liberate the tissues of unresolved trauma. Though it may feel like an internal conflict, it is simply the frightened ego clinging to what feels safe and familiar. Release inner judgment and consciously choose love. Remember, you are supported, loved, and safe. The turmoil you experience signifies the cells of your body ascending to higher waves of consciousness.

You must have chaos within you to give birth to a dancing star.
